Module 2: Financial Rights and Independence (Nafaqah) — Week 2

Class 3: The Obligation of Maintenance (Nafaqah) The husband's strict legal duty to provide adequate housing, food, clothing, and medical care, regardless of the wife's wealth.
Class 4: The Wife's Financial Autonomy Exploring the Islamic principle that a wife's income, savings, and inheritance are 100% her own.
Module 3: Emotional, Physical, and Social Rights (Week 3)

Class 5: Mu'asharah bil Ma'ruf (Living in Kindness) The right to be spoken to with respect, emotional support, and the Prophetic example of helping with household chores.
Class 6: Physical Rights and Intimacy The wife's right to physical satisfaction, affection, and the strict Islamic prohibition against all forms of abuse.
Class 7: Social and Familial Rights The right to a separate, private living space (independent of in-laws if requested) and the right to maintain ties with her own family.
Module 4: Dispute Resolution and Legal Recourse (Week 4)

Class 8: Seeking Justice & Dissolution Understanding a woman's right to seek mediation and her right to initiate Khul' (divorce by wife) or Faskh (annulment).
