How can we help you?

Admissions

Yes! As part of our high-standard system rebuild, parents receive a multi-tiered account dashboard. You can seamlessly register, manage schedules, track attendance, and view progress transcripts for multiple child sub-accounts under one primary login.
Prospective students or their parents can begin the process by inquiring about our programs through the UIA website (https://www.uislamicacademy.com/Register.php) or by directly contacting the Admissions Office. An application form must be filled out with all the necessary information regarding the student and the parent or guardian.
Once an application is received via the Admin portal, the UIA customer support unit will contact the applicant. The purpose of this phone call is to welcome the prospective student or their parents, introduce the academy's various programs, and recommend a suitable course. Following the call, the customer support representative files the full application on the Admin portal and schedules the student's first class or a placement assessment.
A placement assessment may be required for incoming students. This assessment is designed to evaluate a student's current level of Islamic knowledge to ensure they are placed in the correct program.
The Admissions Committee is responsible for reviewing the application alongside any assessment results. If the student is accepted, they will be officially offered a place in the appropriate program.
Parents or guardians must confirm the enrollment offer made by the academy. They must then proceed with the payment of tuition fees. The academy provides a payment link to facilitate this, which is sent along with the rules for students and classes.
Once enrolled, students receive access to the UIA online learning platform and all its associated resources. An orientation session is held to introduce students to the online environment, their teachers, their classmates, and all applicable class policies.
New students may be eligible for ONE free trial class. The free trial utilizes a booking flow within the student portal that allows users to select a time from available teacher schedules. This feature is specifically designed to allow prospective students to experience the learning environment and teaching quality firsthand before committing to a full subscription.
A full refund of tuition fees will be issued if a student decides to cancel their enrollment before attending their first paid class. This cancellation request must be submitted in writing directly to the Admissions Office.
If a student withdraws within the first seven days of their program's official start date, they are eligible for a partial refund. The partial refund amount consists of the total tuition paid minus a processing fee and the cost of the classes the student has already attended. No refunds are issued for cancellations made after the first seven days of the program. However, subject to administrative approval, a student withdrawing after the first week may be eligible to receive credit for future courses or services.
Students interested in transferring to a different program or course within UIA must consult with the Admissions Office. The Admissions Office reviews the student’s academic standing and progress to determine their eligibility for a transfer. The transfer process may require a new application or a new placement assessment to guarantee the new program is a suitable fit. The Finance Manager will make any necessary financial adjustments, which may include applying a credit from the previous program to the new program's tuition.
Admissions Manager: Oversees the entire enrollment process and acts as the primary point of contact for all cancellation, withdrawal, and transfer requests.

Customer Success Manager: Serves as the first point of contact for students or parents considering a cancellation, working proactively to identify concerns and offer alternatives (like a course transfer) before a formal request is made.

Finance Manager: Oversees all financial aspects of withdrawals or transfers, including processing approved refunds, applying credits, and managing the associated financial records.
